As lightweight as it is comfortable, as enveloping as it is imperceptible, this oil composed of up to 97%* naturally derived ingredients imparts a veil of softness, leaving lips looking smoother, fuller, more luminous and more youthful by morning. Nourished, enhanced and redefined, the lip contour regains its shape and plumpness.

Designed in collaboration with a premier French glassmaker, the tube allows the ambery sparkles to shine through. The golden metal applicator has been sculpted to perfectly fit the curve of lips and deliver the ideal amount of product.

At the heart of the formula are 3 potent ingredients that target skin’s rejuvenating cycle, which is more intense at night than during the day, while also helping to protect lips’ moisture barrier.

Chosen by CHANEL in 1995 from more than 117 vanilla varieties for its extraordinary richness in polyketones, Vanilla Planifolia is grown and harvested at the House’s open-sky laboratory in Madagascar. After several years of study, CHANEL Research developed a meticulous patented** polyfractioning process that makes it possible to harness the plant’s properties in 3 steps: extraction, purification and molecular distillation. Polyfractioned Vanilla Planifolia is an ultra-pure extract 40 times more concentrated in effective molecules than the raw material.

Himalayan Swertia is sourced from a biodiverse region in Bhutan, where it has been used for centuries to care for skin. Through a long-term partnership with CHANEL Research, it is grown in the shade of the mountain and harvested by hand every 3 years during the plant’s flowering cycle. It is then transformed to make a custom restoring complex specific to CHANEL.
